The Driftwood can offer a wide variety of activities including deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, golf at the Malindi Golf Club and bird watching in the Arabuko-Sokoke Forest. Near the forest are the famous Gedi ruins (large 13th – 17th century deserted Swahili town) which are always worth a visit. Or take a sundowner dhow cruise on Mida Creek – a rare experience!
For both beginners and those with more experience kite surfing is available within easy access to the Driftwood. Wind surfing and water skiing can also be arranged.
Alternatively, let us organize a safari for you to Tsavo East, Kenya’s biggest National Park where a variety of animals such as elephant, lion, leopard and a host of plains game can be seen. Tsavo East is also rich in bird life.
