About · A community, not a company page
About Driftwood Club. Community first, reading second.
Driftwood Club tracks the turbine and power market behind the AI buildout, from OEM backlogs to the installed fleet to the aftermarket, using only public sources, each one credited.
Who we are
Who we are
Driftwood Club is a community first: owners and operators running frame and aero fleets, independent service providers and the suppliers behind them, OEM teams, and the energy and AI builders around them. They sit on different sides of the same machines and rarely meet. We are building the room where they do.
Second, it is a field journal. A weekly Power Brief (Turbine Desk, Grid & Markets, Builders & AI), a monthly Market Read, and an open sources library give members a shared, sourced picture of the market. Introductions between members come first; operator sessions are planned.
We publish under a shared name on purpose. The work should stand on its sources, not on who wrote it.

How we work
How we work
Primary sources first
We link to the agency, operator, lab, or filing whenever one exists, and say so when we rely on trade press.
Our words, their facts
Summaries are written by us. We do not copy paywalled text or present others' research as our own.
Paid sources, public material only
For subscription services we link to and summarize only public headlines, free reports, and press releases. We never reproduce subscriber content.
No paid placement
Nobody pays to be covered, ranked, or left out. If that ever changes, it will be labeled plainly.
Operators over pundits
We favor what holds up on a site, in a plant, or in a planning study over what demos well.
