Reference library

Sources library

The datasets, filings, analysts, and trade press the Power Brief draws from, each marked free or paid. Primary sources come first.

We favor primary sources: the agency, grid operator, reliability body, or national lab that produced the number. Analysts, trade press, and podcasts come next, for context and for what to check. Every source is marked free or paid. Links go to the publisher. Some sites block automated tools but work fine in a browser.
